I was commissioned by a wholesale international bakery to develop packaging for their clients. Their idea was to include this service when they sold their product throughout the country. Although it was tedious and technical, I learned to be a better graphic artist by employing a multitude of disciplines; many I admit were not intuitive. This project required: Illustrator files print ready for poly, designing multi-lingual designs, industry specific layout standards, etc. It was a trial by fire. The pay was good and consistent; I have taught my six kids that "one does not live by bread alone," but I do still have to pay for all that bread that we live on.
