Streetwise Fightwear: So Beautiful, So Brutal

Syracuse Police Department Task Force
A friend on the job asked me to create a clever shirt for his team after they had done a little summer clean up in our lovely city. Keep safe C.

Syracuse University
An example of one of our SU LoudHouse designs from our Syracuse University retail line.

Down and Dirty Fastpitch
The real star here are the bright inks our printers used to finish this shirt.

Streetwise Fightwear
Mixed Martial Arts Gear worn by Captain Obvious...if you have ever watched the sport you'll identify.

P28 Wheatman
A promotional shirt designed for P28 High Protein Bread, a giveaway at some of the bodybuilding and health expos the attended.

My client had a very specific message in mind and sold a ton of these shirt all over the county.

Part of my retail line for a sporting store chain here in the Northeast. Fun with pen and ink.

Part of my retail line for a sporting store chain here in the Northeast. Forth of July specialty shirts...except they seem to sell all year round.

As well as being a t-shirt town, Syracuse is a SU Basketball town. In 2007 when the NCAA selection committee failed to invite the SU Men's Basketball to the Big Dance, there was outrage. How unfair! After listening to a local radio morning show on the way to work about how badly SU "got screwed" I took the initiative and quickly sketched up this concept. We teamed up with that radio station and sold more of these silly t-shirts than if the SU b-ball team had gotten to the Sweet Sixteen. A lot of money was made. Listening to and understanding what people want, even before they know they want it is a skill.
